The special function of vacuum purification system is self- protection, which require-

Power supply: AC220V,

Load current: (mA): less than 400,

Power: less than 4.8,

Flow*note 1(L/min) 6,

Vacuum (absolute pressure) of 45 KPa,

Negative pressure * Note 2 (relative pressure) 55,

Connecting tube: 6mm silicone tube

This system mainly consist of vacuum controller, collection bottle, vacuum box (see photo)

 

Among these three components, the vacuum controller includes a vacuum pump, vacuum gauge, pressure regulating valve, a power switch and a box body, collection bottle comprises bottle rack and 500ml collection bottle, vacuum box includes the box base and the upper cover, which can be different according to different application method, at present, on molecular purification, there’re three kinds of application methods, that is, to purified through 2ml purification column(24holes), 5ml  purification column(24holes) and filter plate(96holes), it depends on customer which method should be chosen.
